Woman holding half cacao pod covering half of her face

Hi, I’m Daniela, and I’ve always believed that wellness is about finding harmony—within ourselves, with others, and with the natural world. For me, wellness has always been a way of coming home to myself.

Through years of practicing yoga, sitting in ceremony with cacao, and exploring natural healing, I’ve come to realize how powerful it is to simply pause. To feel. To breathe. To connect. And slowly, that became my life’s path.

I’ve always been drawn to nature—its quiet wisdom, its rhythm, its ability to hold space for growth and release. I found myself longing for spaces that honored that same softness. Spaces that weren’t about fixing ourselves, but about remembering who we are.

That’s how Soela was born—as a personal calling. A space where people can feel held, inspired, and reconnected to what really matters. Everything I offer through Soela is rooted in one simple truth: we heal through connection. With ourselves, with each other, and with the earth.

My mission with Soela isn’t to lead or instruct—it’s to walk beside you. To create moments of peace, joy, and beauty that remind you that you’re not alone. That your softness is strength. That your body is sacred. That your presence is enough.

Soela is my offering to the world. A reflection of everything that has brought me back to myself. I hope it meets you wherever you are—and gently guides you back home, too.

With love,
Daniela Gonzalez
